We decided to go 4th of July weekend because we stay in Waikiki at my parents' timeshare every 4th of July. It was so nice this year because Tavo's days off lined up on the weekend. He hasn't been with us on 4th of July for 3 yrs!
We decided to walk from Lewers to the aquarium. For anyone that knows Hawaii...that's pretty far. We had to carry the girls part of the way but it was a great work out:).
We actually really enjoyed it there...the fish were really cool and the girls loved learning about marine life.
We even got to see a seal!
We were smart enough to bring lunch and snacks so we took a little break and ate before heading to the beach.
The girls loved beach time and playing with their cousin Parker. It was a jam packed day! After the beach we showered and headed to Cheesecake Factory to celebrate a late Father's Day & my mom's bday. Whenever we stay in Waikiki it's always a great time to visit Cheesecake Factory:). Talitha took one bite & knocked out!
Tavo got the biggest burger possible.
Luckily Talitha woke up in time to eat a birthday sundae with my mom.
It's funny how she purposely misses dinner and always eats dessert. The girls were wide awake on the walk back to the hotel.
They love posing! The day ended with us watching fireworks from our hotel room....it was great!
